Alvarez opened up the doors to Xcellence Realty in 2005 with a dream to unify all Real Estate services and bring to the Real Estate industry service Xcellence from search to closing, all while creating an environment where our licensed Realtors can thrive, succeed, and become Xceptional Real Estate professionals.
It has been a long road but with a lot of hard work & dedication Javier’s dream is today a reality with the introduction of Mortgage & Title services all under the Xcellence umbrella.
Under Javier’s leadership, Xcellence Realty has closed well over 20,000 transactions and more than 3 Billion dollars in sales.
