I began buying and restoring dilapidated duplexes — renovating, renting, and selling them — long before “house flipping” became a trend. Real estate has always been more than a profession for me; it’s a passion and a platform to help others realize their own property dreams.

For the past 22 years, I’ve called Ponte Vedra Beach home. This coastal lifestyle — from oceanfront living to golf course communities — is something I know deeply and sell authentically.
